Society of Water and Environmental Leaders (SWEL)

SWEL is an organization for students with an interest in water or wastewater industries, water resources professions, or other environmentally-focused professions. SWEL is a chapter under AZ Water, which provides resources to learn about the industry and explore pathways to pursuing careers in these areas. We promote the professional interests of members through meetings, educational talks and activities, philanthropic work, industry tours, and networking events.
