Quantum Club

About

Quantum Club is a student-led organization dedicated to providing opportunities for students interested in Quantum Information Science and Technology to engage with and learn about Quantum topics. This includes exploring new frontiers of Quantum Computing, Quantum Sensing, Quantum Networking, Quantum Optics, and other related fields. Whether you’re just getting started or already diving deep into research, the club offers a space to explore the fast-growing world of quantum technology.

We are proud to be the only student organization at ASU focused solely on quantum — and we back that up with high-impact opportunities. Our members get access to company-sponsored events, technical workshops, lab tours, hackathons, and speaker sessions with researchers and industry professionals.

We believe hands-on learning is key to building community and understanding. To achieve this we regularly lead hands on projects and an annual hackathon to help students build both knowledge and network in this emerging field.

If you’re looking to be part of a community that’s committed about the future of Quantum Technology, not just learning it, but shaping it, Quantum Club is the place to be!

Accomplishment

One of our proudest accomplishments was hosting the annual IBM Fall Fest at ASU in October 2025 — a major student-focused event featuring hands-on tutorials, interactive demos, and mentorship sessions led by IBM Quantum professionals. This featured the first ever Quantum Hackathon hosted at ASU!

In February 2025, we also secured exclusive access to the Qubits 25 Conference by D-Wave, a global leader in quantum annealing. As part of this opportunity, A private ASU-only session was organized by D-Wave where Quantum Club members engaged directly with the D-Wave team, gaining insights into their technology and career opportunities in the field.

We’re also incredibly proud that multiple members of the club won awards at the Optica Quantum 2.0 Conference, including Best Student Paper and other recognitions — a testament to the academic and technical excellence emerging from our community.
