Drone Club

About

The Sun Devil Drone Club teaches students how to design, build, program, and fly drones, including FPV racing drones and drones designed to lift payloads. It is a great place to make new friends, gain hands-on technical experience, and enjoy flying. Since we are a newer club, members have the unique chance to move into leadership roles quickly and help shape the projects we take on. We value creativity, collaboration, and innovation, and welcome any drone-related projects, from racing and competitions to real-world applications.

Accomplishments

We are proud to have recently gained a new sponsor, New Use Energy, and look forward to building a strong partnership with them in the years ahead. We successfully hosted a drone race that brought students together and showcased our technical skills. Through these efforts, we have created a vibrant and engaged community of engineers passionate about innovation and collaboration.
