About

The American Society of Civil Engineers at Arizona State University is the official student chapter representing the nationwide professional organization ASCE. Our chapter connects students with the civil engineering community and provides opportunities to develop technical and professional skills as well as build long-lasting friendships.
We offer opportunities that go far beyond the classroom, through hands-on engineering projects like the multiple competitions (Concrete Canoe, Steel Bridge, Timber Strong, Sustainable Solutions, and more) hosted at the regional and national ASCE conferences, where we compete and socialize with other university chapters.
Whether you’re interested in design, innovation, construction, sustainability, or leadership, ASCE at ASU is the right place to explore your interests and shape your future.
What sets us apart is our commitment to building a tight-knit, driven community where students of all experience levels can collaborate, lead, and prepare for the future.
No matter your year, age, or experience level, there is always a place for you in ASCE.

If you are interested in joining, please reach out to our Instagram page or our recruitment chairs.
